Plaza South maintains satisfactory insurance including full replacement value of the improvements for covered perils as well as flood insurance. Proof of insurance can be requested through the management office.

All owners are recommended to contact a Florida licensed insurance agent to obtain insurance coverage for personal property and the interior of your apartment, as well as liability insurance. All lessees are recommended to obtain rental policy for personal property and liability.

Plaza South requires that all outside contractors provide proof of liability insurance to deliver to or work within Plaza South. Please refer to the Contractors Information Package for requirements.
