Sales Application

Plaza South requires approval for all Transfers of Ownership. No apartment owner may dispose of an apartment or any interest therein by sale without approval of the Association. No apartment may be sold or transferred to a corporation. Plaza South defines each apartment within the community as a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom and the number of permanent occupants per apartment is limited to 3, 4, & 6 persons, respectively. A personal (face to face) interview including all purchasers must be completed before approval will be given and the approval letter will be issued. Do not schedule a closing without first scheduling the interview with the Plaza South Membership Committee. The Certificate of Approval will not be issued and signed in advance of the interview.

***Please be advised that every unit within Plaza South is only assigned one (1) parking space. Therefore, only 1 vehicle may be parked at Plaza South. Additional vehicles may not be parked within the garages or outside parking lots without the written authorization from Plaza South. Plaza South has the right to re-assign your parking space and storage space and therefore the parking and storage spaces currently assigned to this unit are subject to change.
